Our condo is a second-level unit with the best view in the development of the spacious community yard.
Compared to other condos in the Madison area our monthly fees have consistently stayed at one of the lowest at $180.00 per month. Heat, water, sewer, gas, lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal are all included in condo fee. Our only utility bill is for electricity, which is consistently in the range of $35 - $45 per month.
Other features include - access to a Star Satellite internet connection for only $12/month, unlimited and completely free use of additional laundry facilities in the basement shared amongst the building residents, one detached garage parking spot with opener as well as plenty of additional parking on the recently repaved driveway, and pets are allowed - with some limitations.

We have been very happy living in our condo for over three years, but are looking to move due to a new job. The condo and surrounding neighborhood are quiet and safe. The management is very accessible and has always responded promptly to requests. There is maintenance staff on site during normal working hours - something we have discovered is rare in other condo developments and a huge asset when any issues arise.
