Property Tracking - FSBO Madison

Property tracking provides a means to record both properties which you are interested in and which you have ruled out. Click a property's tracking checkbox (on the bottom of the tools box on the right side of its detail page) to toggle between watched, excluded and not tracked.

This feature requires both JavaScript and cookies to be enabled (we record no personal information whatsoever). We would appreciate your feedback. Thank you.

Detailed explanations of the four options follows:

Option 1: Do not use property tracking.

Option 2: Use tracking, but list pages have no indication of which properties are being tracked. The watched and excluded pages and the property detail pages will have controls to add and remove properties from the tracking lists.

Option 3: Like option 2, except each list page will have small checks () and x's () indicating tracked properties.

Option 4: Like option 3, except each list page will have checkbox controls (, , ) allowing visitor to add and remove properties from the tracking lists without having to visit the property's detail page or the watched and excluded pages.

Note that you can turn off property tracking without losing your stored properties, but that clearing your cookies will delete them. Tracking cookies will expire one year after last use.
